The Memo publishes not only news and perspectives of the diverse east Portland neighborhoods that include Madison South; Rocky Butte; Maywood Park, Parkrose; Hazelwood; Russell, Parkrose Heights, Wilkes, Glenfair, Woodland Park and Mill Park—but also business news, library listings, church, and senior activities, and social and fraternal organization events calendar.

Circulation: With a total circulation of 17,000, the paper is mailed to more than 15,500 homes—from N.E. 82nd to 162nd avenues (city limits)—and from Northeast Sandy Blvd. to E. Burnside St.

In addition, 2,000 newsstand copies are distributed at popular gathering places in the area.

The circulation area encompasses one school district entirely—Parkrose—and portions of two others: David Douglas and Reynolds.
