Fundraising will be done through the sale of refreshments such as soft drinks, hot dogs, corn on the cob, desserts and the like. Benefiting from the sale of food and drink will be the Parkrose Youth Activity Fund, which subsidizes a variety of local youth programs. Each night will be sponsored by a different civic or business organization, with volunteers working the concession stands at the former Rossi Farms.
